Launched in 2019 and already received several awards, this first major foray into more modern styles by one of the most revered and awarded brewers in the UK. Brewed using only hops grown in the UK.

Clear bright amber pour, with a steady carbonation. Smells of lychee and a delicate mango note. A clean crisp mouthfeel, with hints of Pasion fruit and the sweet mango noticed in the aroma. Lingering slight bitterness means you are happy to go back for a second and third mouthful.
food pairings
Thai Green fish curry would perfectly compliment the hops present, with the beer balancing out the heat from the chillies.
