Started in 2015 to bring the natural and traditional way of flavouring cider with hops back to the masses. The apples for this cider are grown on site, with traditional varieties like Yarlington Mill or Dabinett. The apples are left to mature for at least 2 years, and then back sweetened with same season juice to eliminate the need for added sugar. the cider will then be infused with British hops to balance the sweetness with a gentle bitter flavour.Suitable for vegans but does contain sulphides. This cider was named after the Pagan sacred feminine.
The light tannins and lightly acidic flavours are as present on the nose as in the mouth. a tropical fruit element coming from the British grown cascade hops, add some depth to the medium/dry apples. Sparking carbination leaves you ready to waiting for the next mouthful.
